For each job, we provide a scanner to our assignees so that timesheets can be emailed to our administrative offices. That way, assignees know immediately if the email was received. No more problems with payroll due to misplaced faxes or lost courier documents. Similarly, our payroll department knows when timesheets are sent by the consultants.
