Our Founder Jay Weston

Jay has over 30 years experience in the mining, natural gas, and oil refining businesses. He has worked in Africa, the U.S., the Caribbean and South America. He has been involved in production, refining, mining, grass-roots construction and start-up, maintenance, and turnaround. He has managed contract personnel as a supplier of such personnel and as a supervisor representing the client company. Jay lives in the U.S. with his wife and children. He currently sits on the board of directors of CPR s.a. and DePrisco Engineering Company and is active in projects around the world.
